Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster

Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a roller coaster. Blackjack is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you build up your bank roll, you feel like you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom collapses.

Blackjack is so similar to a rollercoaster the similarities are striking. As is the case with the popular amusement ride, your black jack game will peak and things will seem as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. You have to be a bettor who’s able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game mainly because the game of black jack is choked full with them.

If you like the little coaster, a coaster that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the ride is with a much bigger bet, then jump aboard for the mad ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is a lovely feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you will not necessarily recall how much you enjoyed the good life while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t recall how "high up" you went but you will naturally remember that disappointing fall as clear as day.
