Chemin de Fer also called 21 is possibly the most liked games competed in on betting house tables. The game uses 1, 2, four, six, and eight decks of cards. A croupier holds and deals the cards of the single and double deck games, more than two deck games are typically dealt out of a tray like box, which is called "shoe."

The casino game is centered on basic arithmetic calculations. If the value of the player’s cards is higher than the dealer’s cards without exceeding twenty-one the competitor is the winner. On the other hand if a player’s hand exceeds twenty-one that is called a "bust" and the player automatically lose.

In hand-held games, the cards are left face down. The competitors can pick up the cards, while in the ’shoe games’, gamblers aren’t permitted to touch the cards that are faced up to him.

Twenty-one is a casino game based on dependent actions, where bigger cards remaining in the deck give the advantage to the gamer and the smaller values give the advantage to the croupier. The thrill of the casino game is in the changing of advantages between gamblers to dealers.

Since the player has the advantage to take action 1st, the player has the advantage to stand on a hand that could go over 21. Although if the player and the dealer both bust, the gambler still loses. Accordingly players are encouraged to learn to play their cards properly and ensure the best result, which is based on the algorithmic plan.

The game of chemin de fer is very easy to understand and even includes the use of a basic strategy chart at the table for reference, and thus with little effort the players can take correct decisions.
