I have played millions of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of cash at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80
Bet $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
