I have enjoyed countless of hands of blackjack. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of funds at 21. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
